Collection Order Instructions:

Our Takeaway is located at 8 Charterfield Dr, Kingswinford DY6 7SH. For your convenience, we encourage delivery direct to your door, but you are always welcome to collect your food from us. Once your order is ready, we will notify you promptly by text or phone call.

Delivery
Please note that collection and delivery times may vary, especially during busy peak hours. While we do our best to deliver on time, there may be a window of around 20 minutes earlier or later than your scheduled delivery time.

Payment

  • Payments must be made in £ sterling.

  • The minimum order for delivery is £15.00 within a 5-mile radius.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • When submitting your order, you are making an offer to purchase the items selected. We reserve the right to decline this offer if necessary.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to your account within 7–10 working days.

Ordering & Cancellations

  • Your Order Confirmation is proof of our agreement to prepare and deliver the food you have ordered and paid for in full.

  • If someone else places an order on your behalf, it is understood they are acting as your agent.

  • Changes to orders (items or delivery time) must be made at least 40 minutes before your delivery window begins by calling the restaurant directly.

  • Delivery time slots may be adjusted up to 45 minutes before the start of your order window if available.

  • Orders may be cancelled in full up to 45 minutes before the start of the delivery window. Cancellations within 45 minutes will be charged in full.

  • Special offers cannot be amended with substitutions or deletions.

Products

  • Side orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative wherever possible.

  • Please note: some dishes may contain nuts or nut derivatives. Desserts and ice creams may also contain nut traces.

  • While every effort is made to remove bones from meat and poultry, some may remain.

  • A minimum order value applies and will be shown in your basket if not met.

Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your food fresh, hot, and on time. However, circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or staff availability may occasionally cause delays.

Latest Order Time

  • Orders for delivery or collection cannot be accepted less than 20 minutes before closing time.

  • Customers collecting food must arrive before the restaurant closes, as we will be unable to serve you after this time.
